DaVinciFace is an innovative project that transforms a regular photo of a human face into a stunning portrait in the style of the famous artist Leonardo DaVinci. By leveraging deep learning technology and a convolutional neural network trained on DaVinci's most famous portraits, the platform creates genuine DaVinci-style portraits with more than 500 million parameters. The generative neural network is structured on 56 layers with approximately 10,000 (compound) parameters each. The source image (photo) is processed by extracting its main features, compressing them in a latent space, and then regenerating the final image using the features extracted from the paintings of Leonardo DaVinci. Due to the high computational capacity required for processing, the application relies on the graphics hardware available on the state-of-the-art graphic hardware. However, the platform is easy to use, and the results are impressive. Users can upload a photo of their choice and apply various filters and effects to create an authentic DaVinci-style portrait. The free version of the platform allows users to create a limited number of portraits, with additional features available at an affordable price. With DaVinciFace, anyone can now enjoy the experience of having a unique portrait in the style of one of the greatest artists of all time.
